Sally Broughton Micova is a lecturer in communications policy and politics at the University of East Anglia. Prior to this she was an LSE Fellow in Media Governance and Policy and deputy director of the LSE Media Policy Project in the Department of Media and Communications at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Her research focuses on European media policy, particular in relation to audiovisual media services. Before entering academia she spent more than a decade in international organisations and continues to serve as expert for OSCE and EU institutions and the Council of Europe.
