Nigel Warner is a director at Lexington Communications, co-founder of media diversity charity Creative Access, and an associate fellow at IPPR. He previously served as a government adviser to two secretaries of state – Tessa Jowell at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport, and the late Mo Mowlam at the Northern Ireland Office and Cabinet Office. As a consultant, Nigel has worked with companies across the media sector on policy issues, and was public affairs director at ITV plc from 2008 to 2012. Nigel’s publications for the IPPR include, The BBC’s Future (2015) and March of the Modern Makers (2014).
