Ali Law is Sky’s Head of Policy, UK and Ireland. He is responsible for public policy, government relations and industry engagement in the UK across all of Sky’s business areas including its linear TV channels, satellite platform, home communications products and Wi-Fi services. Ali is treasurer for ISPA, the UK’s Trade Association for providers of internet services, and sits on the steering committees of a number of other organisations including the Broadband Stakeholders Group and the UK Spectrum Policy Forum. Prior to joining Sky in 2013, Ali spend four years at the industry regulator Ofcom, developing policy and strategy for the communications sector with a particular focus on the long-term evolution of content markets.
