Helen Jay is Head of Policy and Corporate Affairs at Channel 4, where she oversees the public policy, public affairs, corporate communications and events team. She is responsible for managing all of Channel 4’s relationships with Government, Ofcom, Parliament and other corporate stakeholders. Prior to Channel 4 she worked in the policy department of trade association Pact, liaising with television and digital companies from across the UK’s independent production sector. Helen has a background in media research and holds an MSc in Media and Communications from the London School of Economics.
