Robin Foster is an independent adviser on media and communications policy and regulation, and a founder member of media consultants, Communications Chambers. He was previously Director of Strategy at Ofcom and the BBC, and a member of the last Government’s Digital Britain Steering Board. As well as a wide range of consulting work for clients such as the BBC, BT, ITV, Sky and Channel 4, he has recently advised the House of Lords Communications Committee, and also helped run the Global Communications Consortium at London Business School.
