Martin Cave is a Visiting Professor at Imperial College Business School and a Deputy Chair of the Competition Commission. Formerly he was a Professor at Warwick Business School and at Brunel University. He specialises in regulatory economics, especially of the communications sector, and has written on spectrum policy and on broadcast and telecommunications regulation. He has also advised the UK and other governments and several regulatory bodies on these matters.
